• Value added surveys. As experienced surveyors we know what is required and what impact existing features may have on the project so we carry out surveys with this in mind.

• We are in the business of providing information. If when we are on site we feel you need more information than we have discussed (eg street scene elevations, sections, visibility splays, additional levels of adjacent features) we will just add it to the survey, often at no extra cost.

• We use state of the art surveying technology, coupled with the latest mapping, modelling and CAD software.
